We created 617Familia's to create a space for the Latinx youth of Boston, much like ourselves. This demographic seems to be the marginalized voices of the city and it was time to be heard.

Our mission is to unite Boston's Latinx youth through education, community, and cultural celebration, fostering unity and pride. We envision a dynamic online community, sharing original content that amplifies Latin voices in Boston who are pursuing their passions to encourage others to do the same. Regular in-person gatherings, offering educational workshops and discussions to inspire and support. We’re committed to ensuring that resources and opportunities reach every doorstep. Strength and perseverance can be harvested from the community and for it.
